Amanda Millman was born in 1994 in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a fine artist and illustrator, currently based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as she completes her Bachelors of Fine Arts with a major in Drawing and a minor in Illustration.
Amanda’s work is largely abstract and inspired by and representative of organic, biotic material. Her most recent pieces involve microscope and glass slides, allowing the audience to become an active participant with the work. The experience of the viewer has always been a focus for Amanda, and letting the viewer physically interact with the pieces helps bridge the distance between art and public.
